Homerton Library Pets Gallery!

By Lester Holloway 1min read

Something rather ‘pawsome’ is happening in the library right now, and your pet can be a part of it!

The Homerton College Pets Gallery is up in the library for your entertainment and delight!

It is growing fast, and we have over 20 epic pets on there already. Together we are making Lent Term better - one pet photo at a time!

Pets Gallery

To get your pet into the gallery just fill in your CRSid on one of the slips provided, drop it in the orange posting box and the library will contact you for a photo and a fact about your pet.

Library staff will then frame your photo and put it up in the gallery for you to enjoy. It is super motivational to be greeted by a wall of lovely pet faces when you come in to study on a grey February day.

You can also enjoy a cute display of pet books and films to borrow too.

The Pets Gallery will be in place for the whole of Lent Term, including for National Love Your Pet Day on the 20th Feb! After it has finished, anyone who has contributed a pet photo will receive the framed version used in the gallery as a thank you gift for participating.

Please feel free to contact the library if you would like any more information – just drop in and ask or email us at library@homerton.cam.ac.uk.
