Become part of Homerton’s story

What kind of material is the Archive looking for?
We collect items that are unique and reflect Homerton’s history and student life such as:

  • diaries or journals
  • correspondence
  • digital and printed photographs
  • audiovisual material
  • scrapbooks
  • handwritten study notes
  • ephemera (such May Ball tickets and event flyers)
  • Homerton sporting souvenirs

We aim to preserve material that reflects the student community at Homerton. We encourage donations from students, past and present of all backgrounds, nationalities and faiths and in particular, people of colour. Collecting these stories is important to us and will add to the legacy of Homerton College.

How do I donate archival material to Homerton College Archives?
First, contact the archivist with a description of items you would like to donate to us. We will guide you through the process and let you know what you need to do next.

If you are interested in discussing financial donations only to the Archives, please see our Make a Donation page.
