Dr Nathalie Muller works at Cambridge Enterprise (CE), the commercialisation arm of the University of Cambridge. CE helps researchers to develop their ideas and expertise so it has impact beyond academia. We use commercial tools to do that, ranging from support with consultancy projects, to patenting and licensing and spin outs.
In this talk we will describe the steps along the commercialisation journey of an idea or discovery. We will explain what Intellectual Property is, why it matters to you (yes, to you!), who owns what and how CE can help you.
