Wellbeing Week 2021

Homerton’s Wellbeing Week is here - and it’s time to...pause...

Week 5 in Michaelmas at Homerton is an opportunity to rest, reflect and renew – to create, craft and commune. We have a varied calendar of events taking place in the College and online from 4th to 11th November, as well as suggestions for daily actions. Whether a poetry walk, roundtable discussion on imposter syndrome, a practical volunteering event, book group, or writing prompt, there should be something that you can use as a way of considering what wellbeing means to you.

We encourage you to participate in as many events as you would like, and hope these activities will provide ways for you to connect with other students and staff, to reflect on the relationships between mental and physical health and wellbeing, to make time to try out new activities or techniques, or to ask how we can foreground the wellbeing of all members of our community. To not just think about what wellbeing might be, but to nurture it here at Homerton, too.
