“Power without love is reckless and abusive, and love without power is sentimental and anemic. Power at its best is love implementing the demands of justice, and justice at its best is power correcting everything that stands against love.’

Martin Luther King Jr

Come and spend a week building transformational leadership, skills, and networks crucial for shifting the dial in our world. The Autumn residential is an intensive, immersive & multidisciplinary programme, focused on helping you develop a toolkit for life - your purpose and motivation; understanding power and how it works; an ethical, justice-focused core; and the ability to get things done and be truly impactful.

During the residential you’ll move from focusing on Self, to Society, and then World - you’ll do this through a curated programme of plenaries, workshops, parallel sessions, peer-coaching groups,1:1 mentoring, discussions, artistic performances, a field trip, access to a co-working/quiet space, and plenty of good food and coffee in the mix. There’ll be evening sessions with world-leading changemakers, and the chance to network with them. And at every step of the way you’ll be invited to reflect on the skills you’re building and the insights you’re developing, layering up the learning as you go.

Guest faculty include leaders in the arts, climate, business, philanthropy, psychology, leadership and politics, all curated by the Changemaker Team. And the Residential is supported by a fulsome set of ‘‘Sources for Thinking’ & extensive readings.

Apply by 5pm July 15.
